[5-Minute Dance Party] Change in the Weather

This simple and lush story of friendship between a girl and her storm-fearing toucan offers a viscerally pleasurable lesson that all ages may enjoy.

CalArts’ character animation program graduate Amelia Lorenz created a sublime project for her second year film showing all the best attributes of good storytelling— two compelling characters, a problem, a complication, another complication, increasing tension, and resolution— all under three minutes, with gorgeous animation to boot.

Please do enjoy this one!  Happy Thursday!
